Yep. It is possible to see some movement of the zero point energy field by looking into the "air" especially with the sky as a backdrop & sunshine available but not shining directly in your face. Tiny flashes of light zip around, very short distances then disappear. There are many, just sort of shooting all around constantly. It is possible to see this with eyes relaxed, not really looking at anything, but just gazing into the "air."

Glad you mention what is described as heart/brain coherence. When this state of being is achieved, perhaps our state of being more closely matches the overall frequency of love. A love so huge & expansive that we can travel "anywhere" in it.

The one key aspect of singularity, that moment of infinite oneness everything began with, that I simply have not been able to wrap my brain around is: if our universe began from a tiny, intense point, what was outside (beyond) that point? Because I simply find it almost impossible to accept “nothing” as an answer…because even “nothing” is “something.” 🙂 It’s easier for me to accept that everything (even “nothing”), in a cosmological sense, is infinite. It all goes on forever and has no end. (To me the underlying concept that the universe is “bounded” is ridiculous, a reflection of our very human need to find and pronounce boundaries on everything.)
